Scaleway is a European cloud computing provider known for its comprehensive suite of cloud services. If you're new to Scaleway and need to create an account and obtain an API key, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Step 1: Create a Scaleway account (if you don’t have any - otherwise go to the next step)

1. Sign up for Scaleway

• Go to Scaleway website
• Click on the "Create your account” button
• Sign in with your existing Scaleway account or create a new one if you don't have an account yet

1. Set up your billing account
   • After signing in, you will be prompted to set up a billing account. This is required, Scaleway will guide you through the process.

Step 2: Create a new project

1. Navigate to the Scaleway console

Once logged in, go to the Scaleway console, and click on “Projects”.
