Visionarist is a platform that helps you deploy open-source data tools on your own cloud environment. Once deployed, we don’t have access to your data, your privacy and data security are important to us.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Visionarist is the Data Controller when it comes to your account personal data (”Visionarist Users Data”).
However, Visionarist acts as a Processor when you use our platform to deploy your data stack and collect and process personal data in connection with your sales, marketing, and other business activities. In this case, Visionarist acts as a Processor on behalf of the customer (who are controllers) under the Data Processing Agreement included in the Terms & Conditions.
When you create an account on Visionarist and use our Service as a Visionarist User, we collect the following information:
